Is it implantation bleeding?

So I’m not supposed to start AF until tomorrow 9/2/2020 but I came home from the grocery store this morning and used the bathroom and when I wiped it looked like I was spotting. Normally my first day I’m like medium flow and have to change my pace a few times before afternoon. But I had the same pad on for a while and it only shows itself when I wipe. A little bit ago I went to the bathroom and now it’s like none existent. I’m so confused. I took a test at 5dpo and it was negative. Now idk what to think. Anyone ever have this issue?? (TIA)
