Menstrual Like Cramps🥴

Okay, so this will be baby numbers 3 and 4 for me. I have a 3 year old & 1 year old and I do not recall these cramps happening so often, & being as intense.... W/ my first 2 babies I could barely feel them, now I'm like "Wait a minute, is this normal" ... I am only 14 weeks is this normal w/ twins? Can I expect this throughout the pregnancy more frequently? I have no discharge or bloody show, & I feel great besides the that. I am just wondering why they're starting so early & if this was "normal"......
