Does anyone know how to curl their hair like this or can give tips on how to do it?

I know this girls hair isn’t naturally curly, and I love how she curls her hair like this since I have short hair like her, and I want to try it out, but I have no idea how. I bought the thinnest wand there is and my hair did not come out looking like this lol. Any tips please 😄

Kinda looks like a wig to me. If the wand doesn't work you can try sleeping with bantu knots. Or maybe a wand with the spiral thing on it (not sure what its called).

Use a curling wand on blow dried hair spray the curls with hairspray then break them apart into smaller curls
