Definitely think a belly support is worth it for PP. I had one with my son and got one again this time around. Helped with cramping and being able to move around. Also having a toddler and a NB there are times I have to carry both of them (15mo can’t go down stairs) and this helps tremendously. I am 13days PP and now only wear it at night. With my first I wore it every day and night for 5-6 weeks. I feel it does help your uteruses “bounce back” a little faster which makes recovery easier Bc you don’t feel so all over the place.

Definitely! I wore one home from the hospital with each of my babies and only took it off to shower. My tummy was back flat a week later.
