Do you have ppd?

Did anyone realize they might have ppd 3 months pp? Did you have the common symptoms or other symptoms? Did you have to go on medication and does it actually help??

I mostly felt angry which I never thought could be PPD. I realised it wasn't normal to feel this angry quite early on but fear of having baby taken from me stopped me from getting help until she turned 1. 
I got some online counseling and was advised to speak to my GP. He prescribed antidepressants which I didn't take to begin with (list of side effects scared the life out of me) but when I did, I couldn't believe I didn't get help sooner. 
I realised that my OCD was so much worse during the past year, I barely actually focused on baby, just wanted to be in my corner on my phone. Things (even tiny ones) would really get to me and keep replaying in my mind.
I didn't experience any side effects from my meds apart from strange and somewhat scary dreams for a while. That's passed as will any other side effects you experience as your body gets used to the pills. For reference, I'm on 50mg Sertraline.

Idk if its PPD but I have my first therapy appointment today because I know something isn't right. 14 weeks pp.

With my 2nd baby, I started having baby blues pretty early on after having given birth￼. Which turned into PPD. I got help as soon as I realized that it was PPD￼. I was given therapy along with being prescribed Zoloft which put me in a fog as in I was emotionless (if that’s a word lol) I had no emotion. My insurance got screwed up due to me moving and my Zoloft was not covered under my insurance and I was prescribed Prozac which didn’t work so I just stop taking it therapy didn’t work for me at least￼.
With my 1st baby I wasn’t too sure what PPD Even was until it was really bad I sought out help with a therapist who basically said I was stupid for feeling the way the I did. So I quit seeing her all together and tried to help myself. it was a long long roller coaster of a ride but I got through it by myself. ￼

I had all the symptoms, but I was depressed before I was pregnant too, so they decided it wasn’t ppd.
They wouldn’t let me have any medications and told me I was overreacting so... yeah. Found a different doctor who recommended therapy that I couldn’t afford so I never ended up getting help and had a really horrible year :-/

I figured out at 2.5 months pp. I struggle with PPD and PPR (postpartum rage) 
I’m not on meds though. I have found several techniques to keep it under control.
