Two week old throwing up ?

Hi mommas , my daughter is two weeks old and today was the second time that she throws up while she’s sleeping and it’s not just a little spit up . Could it be because she falls asleep after her feeding and she doesn’t burp or what could it be ?

We formula fed with our first child and she was spitting up a lot from the time she was born. They diagnosed her with acid reflux and colic, and we ended up having to put her on the extra sensitive similac.

Could be. I'd call your ped in the morning and keep an eye on her. Also make sure she is burping
