Putting LO to Sleep
Hello Everyone,
We have had the same bedtime routine for our LO since she was born and are trying to determine when to transition her to putting herself to sleep. Right now, we give her a bedtime bottle and rock her (hold her for 10 mins after bottle). She’s usually asleep in 10 mins and we put her to bed.
Are any moms still rocking LO to sleep? How are you all doing your bedtime routine?
