Excited for this journey

With my firstborn I didn’t breast feed; there was no lactation consultant for me to speak with at the hospital and I had zero support at home. Due to being born slightly premature and having jaundice I had a hard time getting her to latch and wake up to eat. It was easier to bottle feed her and I felt like a failure. This pregnancy I was determined to have success with breastfeeding and after a rough start and almost giving up our first night home due to an extremely sore left nipple I am proud to say things are going great! And I’m so beyond excited for this journey with my newest bundle of joy! And I want to thank everyone who commented on my first couple of posts in this group. Your advise is what made me stick out the pain the first few days.
