Protein muffins and donut recipe

You guys have to try this! So good!

Macros: 118 calories 14C 3F 7P

For the muffins and donuts:

Beat all wet ingredients first.

1 can pumpkin(not pumpkin pie mix)

2 eggs

1/2 tbsp vanilla

1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 TSP salt

1/2 TSP baking powder

2 scoops protein powder(I used pure protein vanilla)

3/4 cup protein pancake mix, I used the krusteaz brand they sell at sams (Add 1/4 cup more mix or swap the sugar free syrup for a dry sweetener if you don’t want very moist muffins)

For the crumble top:

Mix well and top on muffins before baking

1/4 cup oats

1/2 tbsp swerve brown sugar sweetener(or dry sweetener alt.)

1 TBSP of the pancake mix

1 TSP pumpkin pie spice

1 TSP oil of choice

Don’t forget to nonstick and flour any donut pans! Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until tops are browned and a tooth pick comes out clean.

Let cool completely on a rack, about 10 min.

For the glaze:

Microwave and mix until melted, drizzle ontop

1/4 cup chocolate baking chips

I used pumpkin spice morsels, was super good
