11 months and feeling a little panicky

Hello! My baby is almost 11 months. We’ve been nursing well this whole time but the last few weeks I feel like our sessions are getting shorter and shorter. He nurses once before his morning nap, used to be around 20 minutes, now I’m lucky to get 10. He nurses before bedtime. Again used to be about 20-30 minutes now I’m lucky to get 10. And he gets up twice in the night to nurse - used to be 20 and now is about 5 and sometimes just one side.

He has refused a bottle and any sort of pumped milk and formula since 7 months so I haven’t been pumping but I had to go to work early the other day so I needed to pump for his nap session. I only got about 3 ounces total when I used to get 4-6 from each side. Should I worry? Do I need to pump more? He’s perfectly happy - I’m not really worried about him health wise, I’m mostly worried about my milk drying up before he’s ready to be done nursing. I’m also terrified to be stranded without this tool to soothe him since he won’t take a bottle or paci so my boob is all that gets us through his fussy nights and teething. 🤦‍♀️
