9 weeks postpartum

So I got this faint positive two days ago or at least to me it looks very faint positive (tell me if it doesn’t to you in comments) and then went to my OBGYN got labs done and they came back negative. Super confused 😐 also I just had a baby in June and still haven’t gotten a period ive had like brown spotting.
