My first appointment with my doctor is November 30. I will be a little over ten weeks at that point. I have no idea if they will be even doing an ultrasound. Why are so many women on here getting such early ultrasounds while I don't even know what's safe to eat and what's not? How am I supposed to have a healthy pregnancy without guidance from my doctor until I'm over 2 months? I'm so confused!
