Working while pregnant with twins

Any overweight mamas who were able to work up until delivery with twins? Just found out yesterday we have 2 on the way. Doc said that of course that could change, as it's quite early. But I'm worried about work. I'm the main source of income for our family. Can't really afford to be off for any length of time before babies come. Can anyone reassure me that it's possible? My first kiddo was a 9lb singleton and I was still working the day I went into labor, but I was 5 years young then and she was just one kiddo!
