Urinary Tract Infection??

I’ve had a UTI for almost 2 weeks any recommendations on how to get rid of it or what’s causing it? I have been taking AZO pain relief as directed but I’m still in pain and can’t seem to get rid of it.

Because you need antibiotics for it.

You can not get rid of a UTI without antibiotics.  Waiting and letting it get worse it will turn into kidney infection which at this point it probably already is.
Untreated kidney infection will lead to kidney failure
