Blood and confusion

I’m 8 DPO- so cycle day 23- and have 30-33 day cycles. I’m on my fourth medicated round with letrozole. I had a BM today and then noticed more-than-just-streaks of red blood when I wiped my vagina. It didn’t seem to be continuous and was clear after a few swipes.

My bbt also dropped this morning a bit. So I was quite certain this was not my month.

I had a chemical miscarriage in May at 5.5 weeks.

There’s NO way this is my period this early- but I was shocked to see as much blood as I did.
