Update!?

I’m 6 weeks today. I went to the er yesterday and Thursday they did blood work and an ultrasound blood work. Blood work from Thursday was 5000 and something and yesterday it was 8900 something. Ultrasound they saw a gestational sack and yolk sac but no fetal pole. I also have a cyst on left ovary from pregnancy. Sooo I have a ultrasound on the 14th. I’m excited. But anyone else? Is this normal. To not see a fetal pole yet? They said it all looked good but I wanted opinions.
