Cramping 8 days after unprotected sex 4 days before period

I had unprotected sex on the 24th twice(although it was closer to 2am on the 25th so not sure if I count it as the next day). My predicted ovulation day according to glow would have been 2 days later the 26th. 8 days later I have this cramping on the left side and for a little it would just come and go. I usually don’t have cramping before a period, they usually don’t start until a few hours after my actual flow starts. Is 3 days before a period too early to test?
