Looking for mamas experiences with the spinal block during labor and delivery! Not the epidural but spinal block. I have had 2 unmedicated vaginal deliveries and my husband would really like it if I would choose to do the spinal block when it comes time for transition this go around. My 2nd transition labor was awful and he hated seeing me in so much pain and couldn’t do anything to help me. I’ve been pondering it my entire pregnancy after my sister in law had it with her baby. I just kinda feel like I’ve done it twice I can do it again but hubby is more like “you’ve done it twice, you’ve got nothing to prove, you’ve proven how strong you are” but I’m just so unsure! I don’t keep medicine in the house like none no joke I can’t stand medicine but it would be nice to enjoy pushing out a human once I get there 😆 I really embrace labor and don’t find it painful or anything UNTIL full transition and push time...so I just DON’T KNOW!!! What’s your experiences?!
