For those who have gone med-free...
Please share your experiences and what I should expect. I made it to a 7+cm with my first, but she was sunny side up, so I opted to get an epidural b/c the pain was just unbearable and my contractions were on top of each other. It was a good experience, but I prefer to not have meds if possible.
I guess my main question is about transition, ring of fire, etc.
