Am I pregnant?

I had protected sex (used a condom) on the 26th of Aug, and I had my period on the 30th Aug to the 3rd Sept.

It was a lighter than usual, and I didn’t bleed as much during the night.

I did have a big blob of red blood come out while I was in the shower.

I’m sure I’m not pregnant, but I’ve read people bleed whilst pregnant so I’m just wondering if it’s worth taking a test in a few days since I already had what I’m sure is my period? Tests in my country are quite expensive (like $20+ for one) and I don’t have the funds to just buy one if I don’t need to
