HCG levels at 4 weeks 4?days

I've gotten positive pregnancy tests and today I had lab work but my levels are only 20.14, has anybody else had them so low ?

Yeah I had low levels at 4 weeks. It was 27 I think but the doubling was considered normal. Still weird to have low numbers at 4 weeks when every one else is in the high hundreds or thousands.

At 4wks 5d my hcg was at 1100.
