Makeup in labor or bringing some along?

Curious to see people’s thoughts on makeup during labor  + makeup for photos after birth

The last thing on my mind during labour/delivery and postpartum was the way I looked. I walked around the room with no pants on the whole labour and the whole day after 😂

I brought mascara but never used it. My induction took 3 long days and I was in so much pain that I didn’t care what I looked like. Now looking back at pics we took I like them more without makeup. They’re more real that way. 
No judgement to anyone who wears any... I just am happy I didn’t

This is my second and judging from my first, I won't have time for that. Only face wash and moisturizer.

Labour ain’t that type of party to me to be doing all that I’ll do it afterwards so be maybe not.

I brought my makeup bag with me when I had my first but didn’t use it. This time I only brought moisturizer

I’ve been doing full glam every day for the past 3 days since I had my bloody show I keep thinking it’s the day I’ll go into labor 😂 getting real tired of it though today was my due date and still nothing!

We have a birth photographer and I'm still going in with zero make-up. 🤷‍♀️

I got my eyebrows waxed recently and a pedicure and will bring mascara but that’s it. Not guaranteed to even wear the mascara. But I feel cute so I’m good

I have never had any on with my other 3 kids, but I have the dreadful pregnancy mask. It's more dark pigmented large spots on my face😢 So I will be wearing something lite to cover that up. I never had this with my other pregnancies.🤷🏻‍♀️
