How long after miscarriage?

Hi ladies, as many of you know, I’m currently dealing with a very high chance of miscarriage and should know for sure on Wednesday. My last hCG levels went up only 48% to reach 4914 at 5w6d, so hopefully it won’t take too longer for them to go down since they never got very high to begin with. I haven’t tested since then, and I’m now 6w2d, but I doubt they’ve gotten much higher than that. I think they’ll test again on Wednesday to check if they’re going down.

Anyway, my question is, how long after your miscarriage did you have to wait until your next transfer? My only decent embryo that I have left is a 5BB and I’m not very hopeful that one will work since it’s such a low grade, so I’m trying to figure out my future plan. Right now I think I want to transfer my last embryo as soon as I can, then do another egg retrieval as soon as possible after that to hopefully get better quality embryos. I would prefer to do a natural cycle for my next transfer, but obviously I’ll have to wait for my hCG levels to get down to 0 before I can even think about starting my next cycle. How long did it take for your levels to get down to zero? Is it even possible to do a natural cycle right after a miscarriage, or is it better to do another medicated cycle? Any information you have about an FET after miscarriage is welcome. Thanks!
