Sleeping on stomach

My baby will be 6 months this week and the past couple nights I have found him on his stomach which makes me nervous but when I turn him over not much longer after he is back again, I'm reading around now it's okay they do that, anyone else dealing with this or think it's okay? I mean I don't really have a option unless I watch him all night and make sure he doesn't turn over
