OCD and STI

I found out I had an STI (chlamydia) back in summer 2018. I got contamination OCD last year (2019). Not sure how or why. Well now I’m scared to live in my own home! Thinking it’s still around and I have passed it to my family that shared stuff with me.

From silverwear to even qtips (they have used for tonsil stones)...

I hate these intrusive thoughts!!!
