Took my pill late

So, i started the pill over a week ago and during that week my boyfriend didn’t come inside of me. On the 8th day my boyfriend came inside of me, but i forget to take the pill. i was 3 hours late. (FYI i just finished my period aswell) since then i have been on top of taking the pill at the same time everyday. I’m just worried that i’m going to get pregnant, i might be overthinking but it’s just because i’m new to all of this! Help!
