Around 16 weeks after we found out the gender, but we haven't bought much; we have been getting a lot of gifts since my husbands family is so excited for their first grandchild

12 weeks i found out the gender and went crazy . I haven’t stopped buying things yet lol .

We didn’t buy anything until 12 weeks, that’s when we bought the stroller/car seat and pack and play. All black and gender neutral. We ended up getting it in a great sale so it worked out. But clothes and everything else we didn’t buy until 21 weeks after our anatomy scan and gender reveal. 
Good thing too because if I went off of gut we would have had to exchange a ton of girl clothes for boy clothes 😅
Luckily a lot of stuff out and that we bought can totally be used for a girl if we have one next go around and if we have another boy even better lol.

Like 36 weeks both times. But I didn’t need that much at all cause of the baby showers. I bought like a couple newborn stuff cause no one gave us newborn lol
