Sleep positions
I’m 20wks 4 days and can never get comfy at night. I toss and turn, and even with my pregnancy pillow I can’t seem to get comfortable.
I always wake up in the middle night to me sleeping on my back which is the most comfortable for me, but I know that during this trimester, especially around 20+ weeks, it’s not good to sleep on your back.
Anyone have any tips to help getting comfy at night?
