Subchroinic Hemorrhage (sorry spelt it wrong probably)

Went to the ER Saturday as I started to spot overnight. Pink & bright red. They did an ultrasound gave me rhogam and diagnosed with a SCH. They didn’t give me detail on if it’s big or small. They referred me to an early

pregnancy specialist to watch me until my second trimester (currently 6w4d) . They never gave me any details on bed rest or anything.

She told me they usually go away, but I’m at an increased risk of M.C I’m also 4M PP so she said that added to my risk a bit as well.

Sunday I bled brown blood, and overnight to Monday (today) I started light cramping and red blood again, more then before but still only when I wipe.

Has anyone had one of these before ? Can anyone please give me advice, what to look out for, what I can do to increase my chances of a positive outcome? Or even if I can hear the positive and negative stories some of you may have! I’d appreciate it greatly!
