Spotting? Period? 4m pp

Hi everyone,

First time posting in here! I am now 4 months post partum.

I had to come off my contraceptive pill due to complications. My periods are always really heavy and painful and my last one was the worst yet. I am however always spot on time and never late. This month I was 4 days late but every pregnancy test came back negative.

Today I have ‘come on’ I don’t usually spot so wouldn’t know what I’m looking out for but I just get tiny spots of dark blood when I go for a wee and that’s it? Anyone had a similar experience?
