Tips for TTC

Hey ladies! So AF showed today just as glow predicted. Any tips on things that could help for ttc cycle #4?

I’ve tracked with opk’s for the past 2 months, but I’m cutting that out this month to cut back on stress.

3 months ago I cut down on coffee from 20oz a day to 6oz and I plan on adding some more walks/yoga, because I’m not very active.
