Feeling down

I really just need some support. I have had 3 miscarriages no successful pregnancy. I have been seeing a RE for over 2 years. I took letrozole, gonal f, and trigger this past cycle. I had 3 dominant follicles. Well I tested and got a positive not realizing that it was a false positive from the trigger. I’m 11 days past trigger and just tested and it’s negative. I am so heartbroken. My doctor thought for sure I was going to get pregnant this month. She Started me on progesterone suppositories after ovulation. My insurance changed and I have to pay out of pocket for the meds which has been hard. I just don’t what else to do. My period on one app says due Wednesday and on glow says Friday. I’ve been cramping for a four days. Just loosing hope. Thanks for listening 💔
