30 weeks 4 days, starting to feel anxious and slowing down

Just wondering how everyone else is feeling in their third trimester. I have really noticed my anxiety ramping up and my body slowing down. If anyone has any tips to decrease anxiety let me know. I am already exercising 20-40 mins a day. I have a hard time opening up to family about how anxious I am.... husband will be working out of town for 3 weeks.
