40w3d with our second child and my doctor scheduled me for an induction tomorrow due to high blood pressure at my past visit and swelling (though not gestational hypertension yet). I had a very bad emergency c-section with our first and was really hoping for a vbac.

Last week at my appointment I was only a “stretchy 2cm dilated and about 80% effaced”. I’m stressing about the risks (uterine rupture rates go up, c-sections more likely, etc).

Any advice, extra hospital bag suggestions, or positivity to share?
