Mamas with multiple kids are you struggling?

SERIOUSLY I feel like hell. I have a 4.5 year old and 3.5 year old and this pregnancy is destroying me. I’m so bloated and uncomfortable that I can’t sleep at night, I have the worst all day sickness even on medication and I can hardly leave my bed during the day. I don’t remember it being this bad with the other kids. I feel bad for my kids and my husband because I feel like they don’t fully understand it’s hard for me to do literally anything even go downstairs. Please tell me I’m not the only one
