Baby sleep

I have a 10 month old little girl and so far in the 10 months she has only slept through the full night a hand full of times. I am desperate for some sleep here. The last few weeks she’s been up every 2 hours or so and refuses to sleep in her crib, she will only sleep in mommy or daddy’s arms. I know it’s a habit we created ourselves by waiting until she falls asleep to put her down but at this point I am needing some help!

We have tried the cry it out method for around a month but it just didn’t work out, it never got easier before every single sleep session she screamed at the top of her lungs for at least an hour. And now if we try to put her down awake and walk away she pulls herself up to standing and stands at the crib rails and screams until we pick her up
