Fiancé pushed me and pushed a door I was blockinv

My fiancé and I were in a fight. I was saying he’s a liar and he comes up to my and forces into my space and pushes his head against mine scarily and yelled at me like that. He did that more than once. I said something that made him mad again so he charged at me and ran me into the bathroom and I was holding the bathroom door closed with my weight. He barges in bc I was too weak and pinned me between the door and wall which hurt bad and then got all in my face again and was pushing and shoving me. Idk what to do I cantsleep I’m having panic attack after panic attack and I can’t calm down.
