What’s going on ??? Read below

Question

So I had sex before the pill was active 2 days after my period we used a condom and he pulled out . I’m on my placebo pill #3 and have been spotting crazily for 6 days it started light pink to bright red to brown to clots . And idk if it’s the birth control or could I be pregant??

Answer

During placebo week you should expect to get your period.  At first it was like that for me too. There isn’t as much lining building up, so it takes longer coming out which gives it time to clot and brown, but it should even itself out with time.  That doesn’t necessarily mean you aren’t pregnant though.  If you had unprotected sex I would take a pregnancy test just to be safe, but otherwise this seems normal.
