Hospital visit

So last night I went to the hospital due to darker brown spotting. They did a beta and an ultrasound. They said that my beta is at 25,000 which I feel like is really high since I’m only 5+2, as of today I am 5+3 and I know for a fact I can’t be more than maybe a day off because I was taking opk ovulation tests. Now let’s move on to the ultrasound they said there is a fetal pole. Just one single baby.. and it’s still attached to the wall. They could not see cardiac rhythm because I am so early I’m guessing.. but fast forward to last night. I have the worst pains on my left side where my ovary would be. Could it be round ligament pain this early? It’s just crazy because when I had my daughter I didn’t have any of these symptoms so it’s hard not to worry. I will be calling the doctor today. I need my actual ob at this point.
