No line progression? *UPDATE*

Question

UPDATE: after 4 days of very faint positive tests, I had a basically negative (vvvvvvfl) test with FMU and started bleeding today, so must have been a chemical. Thanks for all the advice, and hope to see you in the pregnancy side of the app again next month 🤞🏼

I’ve gotten super faint positives for the past 3 days that aren’t getting darker, which is worrying me that I don’t have a sticky bean.  I think I’m 11-12 dpo. Should I be worried? Thanks mamas

Nope. If felt like my lines weren’t getting any darker and I was starting to get worried, but then all of a sudden I got a dark line! When the line is really faint, even when it doubles it looks really faint.

Hmmm it’s hard to know. Any update? I had a CP a few years ago where I only ever had very faint positives and eventually it disappeared completely. I went to the doctor and my HCG was 12. Just twelve. And I’d gotten the positive days before so it should have definitely been higher. My doctor warned me that it was probably an early miscarriage and I began bleeding the next day. The good news is we conceived my daughter the following month. How is the line looking now?

Go get a blood test if you want to know for sure! I got one and then they let me come back 2 days later and do it again to make sure my hcg levels were rising correctly.

Someone probably said this but HcG rises or doubles ever 48-72 hours, so by testing everyday and multiple times a day you won’t see a difference. I know it’s hard but try and wait a day or two.

I had supppper faint positive at 12dpo keep testing and u should see progression ! Baby dust, keep us updated this was 12, 13, 14 and 15dpo

You sound like me. I started testing yesterday and keep getting faint lines. I even tried FMU this morning but I had gotten up to go just a few hours prior. So I made myself hold it for 3 hours and didn't drink a ton as to not dilute it. It was a little darker. Made myself feel better. 🙂 Can't tell much from pictures but today is top photo and yesterday on the bottom. Your HCG is still really low so when it doubles it is also still low. Check on the day of your missed period. Probably be a lot darker!

Looks like you’re testing in the evening, maybe? Might look different if you use first morning urine? I don’t know your circumstances, just a thought.

So sorry to hear about your chemical! On those cheaper tests my line has gotten fainter the past 2 days but on first response it looked decent. I went for HCG test on Friday and go back tomorrow to see if they are rising properly.
