First time car buying

Ok guys I know this is very off topic of periods and sex lol but my husband and I are 22 and have never financed a car before. Our first car we bought off LetGo and only had to pay insurance. We went up to Nissan and were putting the car in my husbands name being that I’m a stay at home mom. My husbands credit is 444 due to a credit card that had fraudulent activity on it and he refused to pay it back so it’s kind of ongoing but it basically dropped his credit terribly but Nissan was willing to work with us if we could put the $3,000 down payment down. So we have the down payment and for 66 months we have a monthly payment of $421, this was a lot more than we were expecting. We could understand at most like a $350 monthly payment but between all other bills and car insurance $421 seems like a lot. Does anyone have any advice? Does this sound like a normal car payment or does anyone else recommend anywhere else?
