Consistent low fever

I'm between 7 and 8 weeks and for around a week I've been running a consistent low fever in the mornings... Along with body aches. Anyone ever had this as a part of morning sickness? This is my 4th pregnancy and I've never experienced this. Wondering if I should call my midwife.
