How far along am I?

Glow says 4 weeks 5 days...start of last period was 8/3/2020, and I have 31 day cycles (average of last twelve months). Other apps say 5 weeks 1 day, what am I? Also is it bad I have no symptoms?? I’ve literally taken over ten tests, including one positive today.

I just trust what the app calculated using the Glow Period Tracker. My last period was also 8/3 and I'm predicted to be 4W6D.

My LMP is 8/3 and I am 5w1d but you probably ovulate later (causing a longer cycle) so when you go for your first ultrasound you might measure behind because of that
