Could I be pregnant?

Okay so I had sex the 21 of August right, we did it without a condom but our link was cut short because my aunt started calling me like crazy so I had to go home. We did it without a condom and Idk if he came or not, I don’t think so though I’m pretty sure he didn’t because he didn’t say anything.. okay so that night I went home and just went to sleep as soon as I got home, I’m the morning my breast were like swollen and and my nipples looked different that night I got my period. But my breast never change when I get my period so I was a little confused. It’s been like 17 days since that day and I’ve been super tired all the time, I’m really skinny and my stomach is flat and I’ve been bloated I’ve also been having cramps like really bad..
