My boy (22m) has been experiencing episodes of high fever (as the only symptom) every 4-8 weeks (for the last 6+ months). Fever has reached 105.5 in the past, with most temp around 103-104.8.

We have been in emergency room and pediatrician visit several times. Blood and urine Cultures are all negative.

No mouth, throat, or ear infection.

Now we are going to see a specialist (rheumatologist) to look further.
