how can i not feel guilty for asking my parents if I can go to the doctor?

Im having quite a bit of sharp pain in my lower right abdomen but I don't want to go to the doctor because then my parents have to pay for it and if it's not serious then it's a waste of money and if it is serious then the price of our health insurance will go up next year because of me.

I know im not even supposed to think about that but I can't help but feel guilty because my brother never needs to go to the doctor and my parents don't have to spend much extra money on him if always me with the injuries and illnesses and it's costing them money.
