On Monday afternoon (Labor Day) my husband and I had found out that his brother had used my husband’s name for a traffic ticket he got. My brother in law (doesn’t have a license and has charges pending) was going 97 in a 70. Gets pulled over tells the officer that he is my husband so my husband has a ticket with 4 separate charges one of which is for reckless driving. This happened a month ago. We only found out because my mother in law found the ticket in her car and knows that my husband hasn’t driven her car. The ticket states he has to appear in court Sept. 30th the day after I’m suppose to be induced... Luckily I was able to make a ton of calls today and we were even able to get in contact with the officer who wrote the ticket. The officer is going to have all charges transferred from my husband to his brother and additional charges will be also filed. I just needed to vent! It has been such a stressful last 2 days!! And I’m so glad we were able to get it taken care of before the court date.
