Morning sickness stopped suddenly

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my morning sickness stopped suddenly. Until yesterday I had nausea but since morning I feel nothing. Except for some metallic taste in my tongue I don't experience anything else. Is this a concern. Did my hormones stopped multiplying?
