So I tried to call my bf when I got off work and it said "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We're sorry, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that prevented the completion of your call number 19" does anyone know what this means? I don't think he blocked me bc we haven't argued or anything and we talked on the phone earlier I was able to send him a message on Facebook but it hasn't delivered yet so he doesn't have me blocked on fb I couldn't text him bc it won't deliver. I'm lowkey scared maybe I'm just overthinking the whole situation and his phone is just dead or he is out of data.
