Tender breasts? Pregnant?

Lately my boobs have been tender and a couple days ago my lower right side was cramping for some days. Is this normal for this time in my cycle? What could this be??

Honestly with some women this happens right around the time of ovulation other women have tender breasts throughout their entire cycle on and off it can be completely normal but if it concerned you at all you can always talk to your doctor
